how the buildd and wanna-build changed recently

I want to reflect about what changed in the Debian autobuilding infrastructure since last Debconf. A new team has been formed around this and we took up the challenge to improve it (and not only by just being available when anything goes wrong). I will thus first and foremost talk about changes visible and important to the developers but also lay out some details behind the scenes.
