Noritada Kobayashi

I am a graduate student of Earth and Planetary Sciences at the University of Tokyo in Japan. As a FLOSS community member, I am very interested in localization/internationalization works. I'm now in the Debian New Maintainer process and would love to participate in such activities in Debian.
