hardware detection options and solutions

Both during installation, but also at runtime, it is important to detect and configure the available hardware in a machine to make sure the user or sysadmin can avoid spending a lot of time searching the web figuring out why a piece of hardware isn't working. This talk will present some of the available options in Debian, how they are integrated into the installation system and how we can make Debian even better handling hardware automatically.
