Losing the elderly
looking back at the last year for Debian/m68k
The Debian/m68k port is one of the oldest ports in the Debian distribution. Unfortunately, it is also the first port ever that, since the release of etch, is no longer officially supported by the Debian project. This BoF will first give a short history about what exactly happened with the m68k port during the last release cycle and how it was eventually unable to keep up with unstable. Next will follow a discussion on what we can do to avoid this from happening again in the future.
There's not much more I can say about this than what I said in the abstract, except that I think it's an important matter :-)
