How to restructure the Events team
The Debian Events team needs to be restructured or, better, its pages (both on www.d.o and wiki.d.o) need a bit more love and must be updated to current practices. The idea is to discuss what we need and then implement ideas, if not already done during DebCamp. Two (Francesca and myself) out of the three people in the team will be at DebCamp/DebConf, as well as other people from the Publicity team, which shares some of our resources.
