How other FLOSS communities mentor
and what it means for Debian

This talk is a review of the best open source mentorship efforts, ranging from:
- How LibreOffice goes beyond "bitesize bugs" and hand-picks bugs for new contributors
- How Ubuntu tracks new contributors, and what Debian can learn from that
- What Wikipedia has learned from its "Teahouse" experiment
After a brief presentation by me of these new ad-hoc mentorship systems, I hope the discussion will evolve into a working group of practical action items Debian can choose to improve our own mentorship systems.
